Has anyone here read David Gemmel's Troy trilogy? I just finished the last book Fall Of Kings and it was amazing. Easily the best historical fiction I've ever read (and I've read a lot). All of the characters were so compelling and interesting and each was given a satisfactory ending.

Troy: Lord of the Silver Bow by David Gemmell: I admittedly have not read this trilogy yet, but it comes highly recommended to me and is apparently an action-packed work of historical fiction. Bonus mention goes to Troy: Director's Cut. I know most here have probably seen the movie, but definitely give the director's cut a watch if you haven't yet.
